RUN for GOLD: On New Directions

RUN for GOLD

This past 4 days have been amazing. Not just for the business but also for improving myself and sharing that much needed improvement to other people. As you might know already, you can’t continue to grow in practically anything without you, yourself, improving in that field. You can’t excel in something without first improving yourself, learning new techniques, sharing new ideas, acting on those new ideas, innovating the older ones, repairing the broken ones and putting all that into bringing a generally upturn of events for you, your team and your goal.

When you provide yourself with new directions, you provide yourself the certain opportunities to reach whatever it is that you want to achieve. You will yourself into becoming a person of worth, of ever growing importance and value.

Now, who in the world wouldn’t want that, right? No idea. I can give you a false percentage of a population out of a hundred supposedly survey participants. But it’s up to you. You create your own goals, your own directions, because if you won’t, those kinds of simple yet particular things (goals, aspirations, dreams etc.) will be set for you by other people (who I’m sure don’t care much about what happens to you. just saying).

Even if you do go on about changing directions, turning your sails towards a better goal and upgrading your capabilities, and getting all giddy about an impending new discovery – don’t take your eyes off from the prize, because that’s when 87% of all goal oriented people miss their goals (yes, i made the % up, ala Barney Stinson), or worse, forget all about what they set out to do in the first place. So like, bummer, right?

RUN for GOLD: On Daily TTDs

RUN for GOLD

Yesterday was a no-post for me. But it was great, did a lot of things for the clinic with Jepi. Good job day because we accomplished so many tasks. Thanks to our handy dandy goal list. It is so much easier when you have a blue print for your day.

I’ve always listened to Brian Tracy and Zig Ziglar talk about setting goals everyday. Even more so about setting goals for the long term, for 10 years, 5 years, a year, several months, weeks, days – you get the idea. Even for the next hour or couple of minutes.

The important thing about goal setting that I have to highlight is the importance of TIME and how we can spend so much time that may cost us, not just money, but even our health, our relationships and ourselves.

So I’d also like to share how important daily goal setting is, and how it will literally change your live, day in and day out.

Your assignment for today (this is me talking to myself)!

1. Make your goal list for today – last night!

(What?! That’s right, make your TTDs for today, yesterday, last night or even last week – that’ll be better!)

2. Say “No!” – if it’s not completely necessary to do that task, and it has no major impact on your life and the completion of your goals for work or business – DO NOT, by all means, DO those things.

3. Be CONSISTENT! This is a word that continues to bug me each and every day. CONSISTENCY! Sticking to the game plan!

Updates:

-having fun advising other people on how to use the products better, how to make the most of their time when presenting the company to other people (powerful products make for powerful testimonials and marketing).

-Turning a new leaf, changing Anthony little by little.

A lot of people voice out their concern about how the world don’t change for the better, without realizing that they can’t change the world, without changing themselves FIRST.

Till my next post! Stay tuned!

In all things, persevere!

RUN FOR GOLD!

This will be a new quest for me and Jepi. I’ll take note of all the things we do and did not do to achieve this goal.

I know this will be an amazing journey! I know a lot will change, especially within me and Jepi. We will change, change for the better. It’ll just be double the impact because we are working towards the same goal.

Then again, each goal is but another stepping stone a higher one.

In this journey, we will meet a lot of new people. We will make amazing friends! We will be with people who think a lot like us, crazy, fun, motivated, POSITIVE. We will be hungry and thirsty, for more learning and success. To be able to help even more people, change the world one step at a time.

Stay tuned!
